Keylaw

Keylaw helps people buy and sell homes in Queensland, Victoria and the Northern Territory. The firm is a law firm that does residential conveyancing and nothing else.

Its team handles house and unit purchases, sales, land purchases, contract preparation for people selling privately, and moves into retirement living. In Queensland it also prepares seller disclosure statements for a fixed fee.

Keylaw works only in residential conveyancing. It acts for buyers and sellers of houses, units and land, and for people moving into retirement living. It offers fixed fees, with Queensland sales from $619 and purchases from $885, plus government and settlement fees. Annie Taylor and Claire Arnold were finalists in the 2024 Women in Law Awards.
