My experience with Michael Anderson from Kingsford has been and is extremely positive . he has given me advice as to the best way for me to chase down a creditor my mine who simply refuses to pay my outstanding invoice dated April 2019 . due to his diligence I am now in a position to take control of the $2m property with the court granting a seize and sell order against my client . It is anticipated the auction will take place sometime in February 2025 . which will see me collecting all costs legal , court , interest back dated to 2019 together with my total invoice cost.
