Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this firms representation on two occasions. They would prefer to push the matter through court without all facts considered and are deceptive when giving advice. If you’re looking for representation on a serious matter I would not recommend anyone from this firm.
Can not begin to describe how amazing KLM have been throughout the proceedings. Their lawyer Ellen Anderson was absolutely amazing and could not have asked for better representation. She was understanding, truthful and was really easy to get a long with. After the first consultation I felt relieved and knew that I had the best people for the job. I then went to KLM Solicitors in hope of a more accepting reception regarding my needs. KLM Solicitors were very accommodating and understanding of my disposition which put me at ease knowing I was in good confidant hands. KLM Solicitors provided quantified advice and options available to my situation as the matter progressed. Unfortunately the matter went to trial not lacking all the good work KLM Solicitors had done with the parties concerned. A trial was something that in the end was unavoidable. I cannot fault the due diligence and care that KLM Solicitors applied throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them period. I will use them again if I have the requirement. KLM Solicitors are an unbiased professional business. The Principal Solicitor I believe has set a new standard in her field. The Principal Solicitor provided oversight regarding quality, selection of excellent staff and care for the client.
