Absolutely horrifying ! Please reconsider setting foot near these people!!! We have had so much difficulty dealing with this very unprofessional firm. Sending cheques to wrong banks & using incorrect bsb details just to make a few grievances. We have attempted to call and get updates all the way through this probate which is now going past well over a year with hardly any contact from staff at all. If we have been contacted they are dismissive and rude. We have been so distressed by the lack of communication and errors by this firm after the loss of a dear family member. I would never wish the treatment they have given us on anyone. Absolutely heartbroken that we have trusted this company, we have been treated so poorly and it has caused us so many sleepless nights. I urge you to look elsewhere from the bottom of my and my family’s hearts!
