I usually have terrible leagil aid that may as well work on the prosecution side but one man who actually care enough and fought for me amd that is vough he is the blind legal aid man come with.his guide dog to court he obviously can't see but he just meeting me 1st rime git a feeling from me that I'm not a bad person I had made a silly mistake and he went to war for me, I could have gone or actually was looking at prison time he had me do 3 months at jarrah house n than to work with the salvation army with counselling for myself for 6 months 6 visit once a week after the jarrah house so 3 months of a pretty easy laid back rehab, amd than 6 visit to salvation army counsellors by him the nicest old man I stead of doing 8- 12 months inside. I highly recommend him.if he is still there that was 2012 2014 But there have been well basically the rest of them I have bit Vaughan n another legal aid man from Ryde whom I can't remember as we're going back to like 2002/3, otherwise they honestly don't care if only we all had money to get lawyers like OJ that get u off murder charges or have money to get a good lawyer than u have no chance legal aid just doesn't care n that majority of legal aid services across Sydney u may find 1 good 1 in like 3 n u been to 10 ratios like that where they d I nt fight as we're locked upon like u should pay for a lawyer... haven't been there in like 10years so hopefully things have changed n good legal aid services are there for people who can't afford as we're all due to a fair hearing n a lawyer fighting for their clients
I've had TWO solicitors so far and both have been dreadful. ONE was completely negligent and was then investigated. Second refused to read important documents or email other party over important matters covered in interim orders.
Honest good people who fight for your justice and rights and peace
Too much waiting time 45 minutes.
