I was sent to get legal assistance from this place, but I don’t remember the name of the woman who helped me. However, I would recognize her voice if I heard it. As soon as I disclosed that I was Muslim, she interrupted me and said, “I’ve heard enough.” She then transferred me to others who were supposed to help, but they never got back to me. Her responses were very cold, judgmental, and completely uncaring. You work at a place that’s supposed to help people, and you’re located in an area that’s very multicultural—yet you’re racist? Perhaps you should consider working in a less diverse area if you can’t treat everyone with respect.
