Legal Arch

Legal Arch helps individuals and families in Queensland with personal injury compensation claims and family and divorce matters. The firm also assists with wills and powers of attorney.

On the injury side, the firm acts for people hurt in work accidents, road accidents and public places, as well as those with medical negligence, asbestos, silicosis and disability insurance claims. On the family side, it handles divorce, property settlements, parenting matters, spousal maintenance and consent orders.

Clients can meet in person, by phone, or by Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Personal injury clients get a free first consultation and, in most cases, a no win no fee arrangement.

Legal Arch has offices at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, Newstead in Brisbane and Brookwater in Ipswich. The Brisbane and Ipswich offices are by appointment only. The firm serves clients across South-East Queensland and greater Queensland, including by phone and video.

The firm works in two main areas, Queensland personal injury compensation and family and divorce law. Directors Lance Formston and Melanie Bromfield lead these teams and have over 25 years of combined legal experience. Personal injury clients get a free first consultation and, in most cases, a no win no fee arrangement. Family law clients get a fixed-fee first consultation and staged fixed fees where possible.
