Maurice Blackburn Mackay

Maurice Blackburn Mackay helps people in regional Queensland who have been hurt in a car accident, injured at work, or harmed by medical care. The team also acts in compensation, insurance and superannuation claims. It offers 'no win, no fee' services.

The lawyers work out of one Mackay office and volunteer at Mackay Regional Community Legal Service. Local lawyers in the team include Cyndel Spiteri, Matthew Wicks and Ryan Pollard, who act in work, road and public place injury claims.

The office is part of Maurice Blackburn, a national firm founded in 1919. Clients can also use its online will and estate services.

The Mackay office is at Suite 1, 17 Macalister Street, Mackay, Queensland. It is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and has disability access. The team serves Mackay and the surrounding region, and is part of Maurice Blackburn's network of over 30 offices across Australia.

The Mackay team works mainly on personal injury and compensation claims. These include car accidents, workplace injuries, workers' compensation, medical negligence, dust disease, childhood abuse, and superannuation and insurance claims. The firm also handles will disputes and offers online wills and probate services. It offers 'no win, no fee' services and speaks English, with other languages available through the wider firm.
