★

Disappointing experience with attempted drafting of a will. In part due to recent staff changes at their Canberra office but when I arrived to sign the will I was made to wait for 40 minutes (despite the appointment), then told by the lawyer who was flown in from Brisbane that the documents they had prepared were not ready and had significant issues. Not worth the money they charged and a waste of time. They seem to be Qld based and are no longer really here in Canberra. There are better law firms.
