Ive hesitated to write this review, but I believe it’s important to share my experience. I’ve faced significant financial consequences, including over $26k in penalties, interest, and taxes, due to a form that was completed without my knowledge. Despite providing evidence to the contrary, I have repeatedly been held responsible for this error. The refusal to acknowledge the mistake made by your team and the continued insistence that the action was taken based on my instructions has been deeply frustrating. I’m disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism, especially with ongoing issues, like the incorrect residential address in your recent communication.
