Our experience was very disappointing. The decision to stop providing services per the communication from Gayna Borg, came completely out of the blue, with no prior notice. This was especially frustrating because we had already followed their advice provided the prior day, requested the sales agent to amend the purchaser details, and requested a revised copy be forwarded. We received the email to look for an alternative conveyancer after we sent a status update that the agent would send the revised agreement as requested. Question to consider, why would you advise that the agreement be changed and have us go through the motion of contacting the agent then instruct us to find an alternative conveyancer more than 20 hours later even after we followed everything that you asked? This is extremely inefficient to all parties involved. As a result, we were left scrambling to find an alternative conveyancer at the last minute to keep the process moving. While the initial guidance was helpful, the lack of timely communication caused unnecessary stress and disruption.
