Totally unprofessional, unorganised didn't have any of my paperwork ready for my appointment Mark didn't come out to greet me either and when I entered his office he didn't even get up and formally introduce himself no handshake didn't ask me what I wanted to do regarding my case the appointment lasted 5 minutes felt like I was invisible extremely rude and disinterested. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Horrible experience.
