I am so grateful for the assistance I have had from Mr Russell Robertson and Miss Emily Chamberlain. My husband and I set up our wills some years ago with Russell. He introduced us to the option of setting up testamentary trusts. In our family circumstances this was the right thing for us - it especially benefits our grandchildren.
