A recent data breach has left all family documents/communications online for the world to see and the company did little to protect sensitive data collected. The response has been absolutely appalling. The follow up has been appalling. The limited information provided has been appalling. The way they have handled it is appalling. It was in the news months before myself as a client was told that my data was leaked. Even a message earlier when it happened would have been helpful but this whole ordeal has lead to a very stressful situation. Do better and Be better. For what you charge us as client's I would have expected better cyber security.
