Reviews

Review 1 of 5

After an extended and frustrating engagement regarding the estate planning for my elderly parents, I feel compelled to document the significant professional shortcomings in the legal services provided by the practitioner with the initials MT. Throughout our interactions, the level of responsiveness and client communication has been unacceptably poor. Multiple attempts to initiate substantive dialogue regarding the critical matter of my parents' will have been systematically ignored. Emails remain unanswered, telephone inquiries go unreturned, and the overall professional conduct demonstrates a profound disregard for client needs and expectations. The documents contained basic errors, which further undermined our confidence in the legal service provided. Moreover, the consultation process was deeply unsatisfactory, leaving my elderly parents confused about the terms that had been discussed, the services they were receiving, and the financial commitments they were undertaking. The delay and lack of engagement are particularly concerning given the sensitive nature of estate planning for vulnerable elderly clients. Effective legal representation requires not just technical expertise, but also compassion, communication, and a commitment to timely resolution. At this point, we have exhausted all conventional avenues of communication and are left with no alternative but to seek resolution through public disclosure of our experience. It is our sincere hope that this review will prompt a meaningful response and ultimately ensure that other clients do not encounter similar challenges.
