I would not recommend these family lawyers. Application to court forms had to be redone by myself as they had made errors such as incorrect address and invalid information. They submitted to court and the application was rejected as they did not use the correct form or submit the required supporting evidence. Very unprofessional and lack attention to detail.

I was referred by my previous lawyer, to Miranda Robertson, Director of firm, if she was able to take on my difficult divorce settlement case, as my previous Lawyer appointed, had to reduce her hours to part-time. Miranda cane highly recommended and sought out by my previous Lawyer, as a difficult case, with orders that applied to our case, through Courts. So grateful, Miranda was able to take my case, and transitioned myself and all parties, with ease. Couldn’t rate Miranda any less than 110%, being approachable, efficient, still being able to offer the highest quality service, for any issue that arose. I was at ease immediately, in a difficult family break up, Miranda was able to negotiate difficult situations, offering fair, reasonable solutions and to the most important factor, the children’s well-being, which comes first. Due difficult circumstances, I needed direct guidance all the way through, and some tuff love, to make sure, the best outcome for myself and for other parties, moving forward. Response time from Miranda, second to none, and from start to finish, she was upfront and fair and was always shows confidence, as every issue raised, she was spot on, with outcome. As there office is located, directly across road to Family Law Courts, this took less stress from myself also. Felt at ease in there office when attending meetings, laid back, comfortable, but also nonsense attitude, to progress to moving forward to Settlement. I would highly recommend Miranda, for any Family Court - Separation- Settlements and highly recommend Miranda for difficult disputes/Court hearings, orders that may need to be dealt with.
