Thought I should share my honest experience about Pentana Stanton Lawyers just as I submitted an honest positive feedback for the firm that did the right thing. I reached out to Pentana Stanton on November 8th, 2024, with a lot of hope after reading several positive reviews on Google. Confident in my case and mountain of substantial evidence I had gathered, I booked a half-hour consultation with a solicitor. However, the time ran out quickly, and I had to pay for an additional half-hour consultation on the same day. It felt like I was leading the conversation which wasn't the case with a different firm. Despite presenting a significant amount of evidence, I was told my case might be weak and was advised to believe that “the Australian judiciary is biased towards employers.” Still, I followed their request to send all my evidence and followed up a few days later for an update or a clear answer on whether they would take my case. Unfortunately, my emails were ignored. I want to be clear: I have no issue with the firm deciding not to take my case. What was disheartening was the lack of communication and the failure to explicitly say no. After losing faith, I eventually reached out to another firm. They reviewed my case, took it on a no-win-no-fee basis within 35 minutes, acted within five days, and achieved the anticipated outcome. I emphasize that my review is based on poor communication and the solicitor’s dismissal of my evidence as insignificant — evidence that another firm used to secure a straightforward win.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sarah LaGreca as a Family Law lawyer. Sarah was excellent in helping me resolve my family law issue. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional and competent lawyer to look after your Family Law matter, please do not hesitate to contact Sarah.
I engaged this law firm in 2021 for my divorce, drawn in by the glowing Google reviews. My experience, however, was far from positive. The lawyer I dealt with, Seren Akdogan, showed little interest in securing the best outcome for me, instead pushing for a quick and convenient settlement—likely to move on to the next paying client. It felt like nothing more than a money-grabbing exercise. Disillusioned and dissatisfied, I moved to another law firm that achieved a far superior result and genuinely fought for my interests. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere for real representation
I had the displeasure of working with Ben Vincent of this firm not only did he not take my simple instruction of filling a contravention order when the other party breached several times of federal court orders that where made to be final he then didn't even attend a 3 day trial hearing while taking all my funds and resources. I understand that this firm have several other lawyers in this practice but due to this solicitors bad behaviour I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone who has been or is in the process of going through federal court . I had to give them one star only because it's the lowest option I wouldn't even give them that ......
They are your money sucker, don't trust them! I don't want anyone who trapped their "if you don't pay me I can't do anything". We paid so much money to deal with minor issue, and they respond "this is just tiny piece of costs" ! And, they applied cease of acting as my lawyer less than 24 hours before an important hearing day, without tell me any update for hearing details !
