absolutely disgraceful NDIS experience with all staff and management. Peopleworks for a second year in a row did not pay service providers for 4 months stating there was no funding left and could not expalin where the funding had gone. They then tried to scapegoat the clients request to exit by contacting his elderly parents and saying that the the professionally qaulified interpreter had manipulated the NDIS client to exit, who they never contatced directly to ask. Lying, cheating, greedy, completely unethical and unprofessional- do not engage any services from these people.
Treating Support Workers like second class citizens is NOT OK!!!
