Perrella Legal

Perrella Legal helps people charged with criminal offences in Western Australia. The firm acts only in criminal law, from police questioning and bail applications to defended trials and sentencing hearings.

It offers a free first consultation to people charged with a criminal offence, and it charges fixed fees rather than billing by the hour. The firm was incorporated in 2011 and in 2019 became the first specialist criminal law firm to gain Quality Practice Standard accreditation from the Law Society of Western Australia.

Its lawyers appear in the Magistrates Court, Children's Court, District Court and Supreme Court, and also act in restraining order and traffic matters.

Perrella Legal has one office, on Level 9, 26 St Georges Terrace in the Perth CBD. It acts for clients in courts across Western Australia, mostly the District Court and Magistrates Court. Skype consultations are available for people in regional or remote areas.

Perrella Legal practises only in criminal law and does not take on other areas. Its work covers state and federal criminal offences, bail applications, spent conviction orders, restraining orders, traffic offences and extraordinary driver's licences.

The firm charges fixed fees for all services except appeal work. It also advises people who have been contacted by police but not yet charged.
