PocketLegal

PocketLegal is a Sydney law firm that deals only with Australian migration. Its lawyers and migration agents help individuals, families and employers get visas and stay in Australia.

The firm helps with partner visas, skilled and employer-sponsored visas, graduate visas and tourist visas. It also acts for people whose visa was refused or cancelled, including appeals to the Administrative Review Tribunal and court challenges.

Businesses can use PocketLegal to sponsor staff and keep up with sponsorship duties. The firm says it has operated since 2011.

PocketLegal has two Sydney offices, one at 388 George Street in the CBD and one at 162 Redfern Street in Redfern. The website does not name a service area, but migration matters can be handled for clients in Sydney and elsewhere in Australia.

PocketLegal's lawyers work only on Australian migration law. They handle visa applications, business sponsorship, visa refusals and cancellations, and appeals to the Administrative Review Tribunal. They also take matters to the Federal Circuit and Family Court, the Federal Court and the High Court. For employers, the firm offers corporate visa monitoring and compliance help.
