Prime Migration & Legal Services

Prime Migration & Legal Services helps people who want to visit, study, work or settle in Australia. The firm handles temporary and permanent visa applications, citizenship applications and appeals.

Its team is led by senior immigration lawyer and solicitor Ruth Chai-Nijino, who was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia. The firm also lists skilled, business, student, partner, family, visitor and humanitarian visas.

Clients can book video appointments from anywhere in Australia or overseas. Because immigration is federal law, the firm acts for clients in every state and territory.

The firm has offices in Toowoomba, Varsity Lakes, Fortitude Valley, Eight Mile Plains, Sippy Downs and Hobart. It acts for clients across Australia and overseas, and offers video appointments.

The firm works only in Australian immigration law. It covers skilled, work, business and investor, student, partner, family, parent, visitor, working holiday and humanitarian visas, as well as citizenship, New Zealand citizens, and refusals and appeals. Ruth Chai-Nijino speaks English, Malay, Cantonese and Mandarin.
