I understand that many people reach out to Q+ Law seeking urgent support or guidance - I was one of them. I emailed and called because I genuinely needed help. Instead of receiving any assistance, the first thing I heard when I phoned was: “I know who you are. Stop calling us.” On top of that, the whole time I tried to communicate with this person, the interaction felt uncomfortable, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I appreciate that they may be understaffed or dealing with high demand, but as a government-funded service, basic respect is the bare minimum. Rudeness is not something our community should ever have to accept - especially from an organisation that publicly claims, “We are here to help you.” With the attitude I experienced, they’re doing the exact opposite.
