We were very satisfied clients of our firm, Pottenger & McGhee Solicitors, which was acquired by RMB Lawyers in 2021. Until recently we had been clients of RMB Lawyers for several years. We have now left the firm as we were terribly disappointed by a poor customer service experience, which was strikingly different to how we have previously been treated by Pottenger & McGhee. RMB Lawyers failed to provide support in a time critical situation (which could have been handled with a five minute phone call), and we progressed to making an internal complaint. Unfortunately the complaint was investigated and concluded by one of the individuals that the complaint was about. No accountability nor integrity will be found when issues are raised with this firm. The firms clear priority is to make money and protect itself, rather than have productive conversations to resolve client concerns. They do not value client feedback.
