Jane Ross is a good lawyer but when requesting her services, we were redirected to another solicitor of the firm. As a result, we had a terrible experience here. Court was adjourned several times (out their control, understandably) with the last time having a huge bill sent to us. When questioning it, they told us we were dropped as clients 11 days before the next court appearance. In a panic we were forced to grovel to retain our legal representation. In hindsight, wish we hadn't as the lawyer representing us was clueless and got the worst possible outcome. On top of that, discretion and confidentiality were no where to be seen when leaving court as she recapped our whole case and outcome at full volume, in the very busy waiting area.
