Saunders Conveyancing NT helps people buy and sell property across the Northern Territory. It is a local family business run by Beth Saunders, a licensed conveyancer.

Beth began in conveyancing in 2007 as a settlements clerk and became licensed in 2014. She worked at law firms and conveyancing firms in Darwin before starting her own firm in 2023.

Saunders Conveyancing NT is based in Wulagi, Darwin. It acts for clients across the Northern Territory, including Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs.

Beth Saunders is a licensed conveyancer (CAL111) and a Commissioner for Oaths. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services and a Certificate 3 in Conveyancing. She is a Certified Practising Conveyancer and Treasurer of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NT Division.
