Staff range from amazing to apathetic here. 9am-5pm time so if you're like most people and work those hours then too bad, the staff also seem to enforce that "too bad" attitude as well. As I mentioned, some of the staff are lovely but go in there after 4pm and all they care about is going home.
Honestly, I was bracing myself for the worst—but I needn’t have. The team were so helpful; greeting us at the door and making sure we had all the right paperwork. We took a ticket and only waited about 20 mins (filling in the forms until our number was called). Then Chloe, who helped us could not have made the process any easier – she was brilliant. So all in all, a great experience.
Just to nominate a driver 1 hour waiting. Kiosk person said can not be done offline have to be in-person. Could be better if not short staff. But process is also inefficient
The way the new building is designed, you sit and sit and sit endlessly waiting for your ticket number to be called and you notice others who came in after you being served before you with higher ticket numbers than yours. You sit and wait for 55 minutes of your lunchtime break from work and then have to give up and go back to work because you ran out of time in their endless waiting chairs area and you watch the desk attendants sit there chatting to each other doing nothing while you waste an hour of your lunch break waiting for nothing and then have to leave. It's atrocious and needs to go back to how it was. The smarmy front of house greeting attendant asks you how you are and what you want to do and then shoves a ticket at you and tells you to sit down and none of that whole interaction matters. Why show her your paperwork when she's not the one processing it and is only there to hand out a ticket but slows the process down anyway. It's a slow, confused joke.
They put up signs saying where you can't lock your bicycle, but don't offer anywhere to park it 👎 Two stars because I have had good service inside on occasion.
