Success Legal

Success Legal is a family run practice in Willetton that helps businesses and individuals with commercial law, property law and estate planning and administration.

Clients come for help with business structuring, contracts, franchises, leases, property settlements, wills and probate. The firm was started in 2006 by founding partner Henri Chew, who was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of WA in 2003.

The firm says it takes a plain, no-fuss approach and takes time to understand each client's situation. It uses fixed fee retainers in most engagements.

Success Legal has one office at Suite 2, 24 Augusta Street, Willetton WA 6155, in Perth's southern suburbs. The website does not name other areas it serves, though client reviews mention settlements for properties in Bull Creek and for clients interstate.

The firm works in commercial law, property law, and estate planning and administration. Commercial work covers business structuring, contracts, franchises, leases, securities, acquisitions and sales, and joint ventures. Property work centres on settlements, and estate work covers wills, probate and estate administration. Most matters are done on fixed fee retainers.
