Gold Coast Community Legal Centre The Gold Coast Community Legal Centre is a not-for-profit, nationally accredited community legal centre that provides free legal advice, assistance, information, and referral to residents of the Gold Coast community. With a team of fully qualified lawyers, the centre has been serving the entire Gold Coast region since 1984, prioritizing the most vulnerable and disadvantaged residents.
The centre offers a wide range of legal services, including family law, domestic violence, consumer issues, minor civil claims, motor vehicle accidents, neighbour disputes, and minor criminal matters. They also provide specialized services such as a Domestic Violence Duty Lawyer, Elder Abuse Prevention Service, and Social Work Services.
The Gold Coast Community Legal Centre is based in Southport, with additional offices located in the Southern and Northern ends of the Gold Coast. The main office is situated at 34 Railway Street, Southport, and is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
