I left a bad feedback before. And yes these guys aren't the best and 3 starts is a lot. But as long as I have a shop in mind and that shops accepts vouchers. I can access my money. Yes it's annoying and yes I can understand my past drug use is the reason why I won't get money put into my account. But Paul has been great, he as the manager isn't as bad as I thought. So I deleted my bad review. But I do not recommend the public trustee. My worker Sharon is really rude and mean to me, has called me names and I don't like her. And I know she doesn't like me, which is fine. Just me personally I like to have a mutual professional relationship with my workers. She didn't and still doesn't. But each to their own. Sorry again to say guys, but I would not recommend this company.
