Titlespace

Titlespace helps people buy, sell and transfer property in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and the ACT. It is an incorporated legal practice with conveyancers and solicitors in one team, so a matter does not need to change firms if it turns out to need a lawyer.

The firm was founded in Sydney in 2019 by Daniella Muzitano. Marc Ryckmans is the Legal Practitioner Director. Everything is done online, from the quote and contract review through to signing and electronic settlement.

Fees are fixed and quoted in writing before the client engages the firm. Titlespace also offers a satisfaction guarantee, and says clients pay no legal fees if they are unhappy with the service.

Titlespace has its office on Bond Street in Sydney's CBD. The team works online and acts for clients across NSW, Victoria, Queensland and the ACT, with city pages for Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Penrith, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra.

Fees are fixed and quoted upfront, and clients can sign documents and settle online through PEXA.
