my name is kym and i thought i would give a review about my experience with Treloar&Treloar.My own case involved an issue with S.A.C.A.T.At first i reached out to another law firm,but unfortunately they were at full capacity.So they then,with some help referred me over to Treloar&Treloar.My own case was indeed a very important case,and i did not know much about this particular firm.So i went to this firm,for the first time and i met my Solicitor Harrison.Now the time has finally arrived and my own case with S.A.C.A.T. has successfully been completed.Because i did receive a very positive outcome,as a final result.Now i look back and i have to see,how did i get here?The reasons on how i reached a very successful conclusion for my case,was the background of support.That support came from harrison.He had all of the retrospective,directive and most important, informative approach towards myself.He was always there,whenever i needed to contact him.Also the reception team were there,also as backup support.When i would be waiting to go into harrison's office,i could See! DESPITE the staff being professional in their approach to me, they made a BIG MISTAKE. Because of a 'conflict of interest' that was their mistake - their NEGLIGENCE, they were not able to help me any further. So they HAD NO RIGHT TO ASK ME TO PAY $5000 which I did not! There was no retainer in any event. In fact, they HAD A REAL NERVE TO ASK ME! Furthermore, inspection of documents revealed MISSING DOCUMENTS. The lawyer I saw wrote copious amounts of HAND-WRITTEN notes of our meetings. NONE were to be seen! These people have no shame. You'll note they respond to posts but wont reply to this! Beware, I would never go back to such DISHONESTY and GREED.
