If I could give zero stars I would... I used trinity's laws service to purchase a property in November 2022, during this process they guided me to a questioner on the ACT Revenue Office website to see if I was eligible for a stamp duty concession. the result came back that I was they applied the code I was given, but Trinity Law never explained that even though I received a concession code the ACT Revenue will still review my eligibility and could send me a demand for payment plus penalty fees and interest for some $22,000 payable in 28 days. So 12 months later I received an email from the ACT Revenue that I was never entitled to this and was given 3 weeks to pay back in full plus interest and penalties or they would send debt collectors. I have approached Trinity via my advocate for compensation, but they refuse to help me. I would never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Rude staff! Dont recommend.
We have used Trinity Law for both purchasing and selling our property and they are always super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We'd recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for all our relevant law needs.
Was recommended Trinity Law by my mortgage broker. Couldn’t of been happier with the outcome of my settlement. Michael James is excellent as are his paralegal team. Thank you Trinity.
Trinity Law provided conveyancing for our off-the-plan property. They were very responsive to our questions, and kept us well informed throughout the process
