This firm is terrible. Do not use them under any circumstances. Toni did not listen to us, did not test the witnesses, told US to deliver a subpoena, did not use any of our evidences in a criminal hearing which resulted in a guilty verdict for something we did not do. Toni told us “ I’ll do this MY way”. Clearly “his way” is rubbish. He seems like a beginner. (Think: Dennis Denuto from The Castle). And at sentencing, he became snakey and told us “look, do youse wanna do this yourself?” We probably should have - we’d have gotten a better result. And his substandard “professional” help cost us in excess of $12,000. We could never get in contact with him, he was always “in a meeting”. One of the few phone conversations we managed to have with him, we could hear him URINATING while speaking to us. He gave very little time or effort to our case. He even asked my husband in the hearing: “what else do you want me to say?” (And yes, I have the hearing recording in my possession). WE WERE PAYING YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO. This “solicitor” has now delivered a criminal record to my husband who, at 61 years old, has never been in a court, had a record, been involved with the law - nothing. Thanks so much, Toni. Your efforts, or lack thereof are noted. I’ll be in contact.
