I would give these idiots -5 if I could! After having a case file for 2.5 months Alice finally got around to contacting us but then waited until a week before the second scheduled court date to tell us to get supporting documents! When we appeared in court on the second occasion she fobbed the case off to Callum who didn't even bother to show up at first, then strolled in half way through the case. When asked basic questions by the magistrate he didn't know the answer and the magistrate even told him it would be good if he had the necessary information before coming in! Even the magistrate thought he was incompetent. Because Callum didn't bother to appear when the case was called the magistrate was angry and stern to us when we had been doing everything she was lecturing us about however having O wait for incompetent legal aid lawyers made us look ridiculous. Trust me when I say you'd be better off dealing with matters yourself! I then spoke to Alice in the phone to ask why she didn't bother to start chasing up the information she needed for court until a week before the date and was told "that's the legal aid way" and then she wouldn't talk to me saying "I'm not taking this abuse". So Alice apparently thinks asking why we should get told off by the judge because she didn't bother to do her job in time is abuse!
