Do not recommend this firm. I recently sold a business and this firm acted for the landlord so I never had a choice in dealing with them. They have no consideration to anyone’s timeline for settlement the solicitor would never responded to the buyers or my solicitor, 2 days before settlement I left a bad review and then all of a sudden they contacted my solicitor. I took off the bad review in good faith of them doing the right thing and then for a simple transfer of the name of the lease, they charged me $3.7k plus an additional $1.8k to the buyer! When questioned on the fees they said they charge $680 an hour! 😳 so unless you are looking for a firm that will drag their feet and then charge a fortune I would stay away from this firm!
