You can go onto the legal aid website and represent yourself in court without a lawyer by filing your own paperwork to the court, signed by a justice of the peace and then serve to the other person/party you are going to court against. More and more people are representing themselves in court because lawyers refuse to answer calls, make unnecessary emails that cost you money and do NOT give you all the information you need to support your case/claim so it can be dragged on sometimes for years. $$$$ money for the lawyers. I suggest you read up on your rights and represent yourself.
