A solicitor provided for me by this law firm was incredibly rude, was cutting me off when am answering her questions and would raise her hand ✋ and voice at me yelling “stop stop stop”. She even at one point called me arrogant and rude for no apparent reason and demanded that I apologize. I told her I don’t feel comfortable with her representing me if that’s what she thinks of me. But she completely ignored me and continued to speak on my behalf. She seems confused and was not conversant with my case, asking me the same questions over and over.
