Very unprofessional service. Didn’t reply to my email after a week because everyone in the office was “too sick”. Several members of my family were given the run around by Luke Bull or staff, because he couldn’t communicate on a professional level and all this after he was made aware of a death in the family. Disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!
