Australian Family Lawyers helps individuals and families in Canberra with separation, divorce, parenting arrangements and property settlements. The Canberra team is led by Principal Lawyer and Practice Leader Adrian Curtis.

The firm only practises family law. It started in 2015 and is now part of a national group that includes Watts McCray and Kordos Lawyers.

Clients can book a free first consultation. Some matters are offered at a fixed fee. The firm says fewer than 5% of its matters go to a final hearing, as it tries to settle by negotiation or mediation first.

The Canberra office is on Level 6 of the AMP Building, 1 Hobart Place, in the Canberra CBD. The firm also has offices in Belconnen, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

The firm works only in family law. Its services include divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, property settlement, binding financial agreements and postnuptial agreements. It also helps with family mediation, asset protection and high net worth divorce.

Adrian Curtis was named a Rising Star in 2023 by Australasian Lawyer. The firm offers free consultations and some fixed fees.
