My experience with Aylward Game Solicitors was extremely unsatisfactory, and I strongly do not recommend their services. If it were possible, I would rate them half a star. The ordeal stretched over three years, marked by numerous prolonged delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, for which I was charged at their full rate, I was left in limbo, awaiting a response. The lawyer initially assigned to my case left the firm after approximately six months, and there was no communication from the firm regarding this transition. Suddenly, I began receiving emails from someone new, without any introduction or communication from anyone at the firm. Long story short, my case was resolved and closed. However, 4 months later, I received an email stating they’re charging me an additional $1,600.00. This is absolutely outrageous. Needless to say, I have contacted the Legal Services Commissioner of QLD.
