I am dissatisfied with the service provided by CNG Law in relation to our Animal Law civil dispute. Initially, when payment was required before work commenced, communication was prompt. However, after that, the level of communication and updates significantly declined. Our expectations were not adequately managed, which diminished my confidence in the firm's capabilities. Throughout our engagement, we found ourselves needing to frequently call for updates about our case. This added stress to an already extremely difficult situation. Our requests for urgency seemed to be overlooked, leaving us feeling more uncertain than when we began. There were noticeable issues with attention to detail, such as errors in our statement of claim. Additionally, in one email, my husband was incorrectly addressed by the defendant's name, which I found unprofessional. Due to CNG Law's constant overpromising and underdelivering, we decided to terminate our engagement. Even retrieving our files is a challenge. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this firm
