AVOID AT ALL COST. If I could give this firm a 0 star, I would. Their paralegal assistant Chris HT had the worst attitude and passive aggressiveness. I switched to a different conveyancing firm because Chris audibly sighed in annoyance on the phone and said “mate I literally just told you I’m working on it now” when I asked for a timeframe, after a week of no reply to e-mails. I have never encountered a paralegal with this much ego and he even had the same passive aggressive attitude when he called me at 6:30pm and questioned why I switched to a different firm without telling him first. Save yourself from some headaches - go to a different firm. You’ll thank me later.
By far the best and friendliest firm. Everyone is really knowledgeable, out issue was family matters regarding wills and estates everything was done quickly and fairly and cost effectively. We will continue on with this firm. Thank you Steve for all his efforts.
The firm is very rude and unprofessional with poor communication skills. The owner berated me for not calling another time as he was busy, which was not communicated to me by his assistant. I do not recommend this business and look elsewhere.
