Where possible, the team looks for negotiated outcomes. When institutions will not engage fairly, it is ready to go to court. Workplace harassment matters are taken on where they overlap with abuse, and other workplace cases are referred to Enterprise Legal.

Donaldson Law has an office in Toowoomba, Queensland, and shares space with Enterprise Legal. It acts for clients in every Australian state and territory, in person, online or in a mix of both.
