Doug Parker & Associates Lawyers

Doug Parker & Associates Lawyers helps people in Heidelberg and nearby suburbs with property purchases and sales, family breakups, criminal charges, wills and business matters. It is a small practice that works by appointment only.

Principal Doug Parker has worked as both a barrister and a solicitor. The firm says it gives practical, jargon free advice at reasonable rates, with costs agreements so clients know the price before work starts.

Clients can meet in person, or use MS Teams and phone conferences. The firm aims to call back within four working hours.

The firm works from Suite 7, Level 1, 486 Lower Heidelberg Road, Heidelberg, near the Heidelberg Magistrates' Court. It is a short drive from Bundoora, Macleod, Watsonia, Rosanna, Ivanhoe and Reservoir, and it sees clients by appointment only.

The firm acts in property contracts, civil disputes and litigation, commercial and business law, criminal and traffic charges, divorce and family law, and wills and powers of attorney. Doug Parker has 35 years of experience as a barrister and solicitor. Hourly rates and fixed fee services are available for some work, and the firm does not charge for photocopying and similar extras.
