Grimshaw Legal helps small businesses, individuals and families with commercial advice, employment matters, property law, estate disputes and other disputes. The firm started in 2018.

Carol Grimshaw is the owner and principal lawyer. She was admitted to practice in 2010 and has worked in private law firms, semi-government and government organisations. She acts in matters from the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Courts of Australia.

Clients can meet the firm at its Heidelberg office, on the Bellarine Peninsula or online.

Grimshaw Legal has a client-facing office at Suite 7, Level 1, 486 Lower Heidelberg Road, Heidelberg. It also meets clients in and around the Bellarine Peninsula and online. The firm has a postal address at Point Lonsdale.

The firm advises on commercial and business law, including franchising, business sales and purchases, leasing and joint ventures. It also acts in employment and workplace relations, human rights, brand protection, debt recovery and contested wills and estates. Property law is offered but excludes conveyancing. Carol Grimshaw helped create the law that made electronic signing and witnessing permanent in Victoria.
