Generations Law helps Queenslanders with wills, estate planning and estate administration. It was founded in 2019 by principal solicitor Michael Kelly and is based in Brisbane.

The firm acts for executors and families who need a grant of probate or letters of administration, and for people who want a will or enduring power of attorney. It also advises people who want to contest a will.

Clients can meet by videoconference, sign documents electronically or ask for a home visit. Probate and letters of administration applications start at a fixed fee of $1,395 including GST, plus outlays.

Generations Law has an office at Level 27, 32 Turbot Street, Brisbane City, open by appointment only. It serves clients across Queensland and offers home visits and videoconferencing for those who prefer not to come in.

The firm focuses on wills and estates. This includes probate, letters of administration, estate administration, wills, testamentary trust wills, enduring powers of attorney and contesting a will. Principal solicitor Michael Kelly has a Masters of Applied Law majoring in wills and estates and estate planning. Wills start from $495 for a single person and $795 for a couple. The firm also helps with superannuation, family trusts, small business needs and property transactions.
