Horrendously inefficient and quite rude. I've asked them for support in 2 separate cases- stuck at home I did lots of research and yes, may have annoyed them with requesting they should respond with certain steps. They basically let me know I'm not a lawyer, so ignored me, but when the response from the other team denied me due to not answering questions (which I had suggested they should with very clear answers) I lost the case. Now WHO is the lawyer? Last case, one of their Lawyers sent incriminating evidence to the other side. This evidence was NOT in context- only half of email supplied. Disgusted.
