We have had our original wills including powers of attorneys updated by this firm with our levels of confidence and trust in Lee and Partners being even further elevated. Critical factors in these matters now, and into the future. The effective and efficient service we received was extremelly important to us, as was the unhesitating backup support from Lola when we needed assistance with completing some of the paperwork. Thank you all.
Very rude and unhelpful receptionist and the solicitor “Michelle “ as I was told that to obtain my partners original Will, I needed to bring in original death certificate, which I just did today, as I’m not the Executor of the Will, was then told rudely that I was hindering the Executor by hanging onto the original death certificate as the Trustee needed it, which he’s getting his lawyers to handle. I told her I was not hanging onto it, I didn’t know that the Trustee needed it as I’d sent him a certified copy. Why don’t this lawyers office have a list of required documents to obtain an original Will which they could email to people making enquires and trying to do the right thing? No I’m sorry for your loss or any empathy what so ever. I’d never deal with this firm ever!!!!!!!
Julie-Ann & Michelle were super easy to deal with regarding my fathers estate. So very helpful, nothing was too much trouble which is especially comforting when parties reside o/s and interstate. They managed everything from the bank to goverment filings. 100% professional and compasionate.
We met with Barnaby Grant who put together our wills and power of attorney. Barnaby is outstanding, he explains all the details and implications in a way that is easy to understand. I would highly recommend him.
Friendly, professional & helpful.
