Very unprofessional practice minimal involvement during visits or phone appointments. Always paid account well before date due. Made a phone call appointment with lawyer which didn’t happen no notification regarding no contact. Lost important paperwork that I definitely delivered. This had a negative impact in relation to the “missing” paperwork that should have been passed on at the time. Then received large bill for basically minimal contact for some weeks. Then cancelled lawyers services.
