The service that I received from Samantha Legrady was disappointing at best. We booked and paid $300 in advance to secure a meeting with Samantha, we also sent relevant documentation by email prior to the meeting. During this meeting; I was denied a support person that I required. The documents were not read, Samantha claimed this meeting was for general advice only. When asked several general questions, Samantha did not know and made no effort to find out, as she claimed it had no relevance to the case (Go figure). Samantha denied that a long standing dispute existed, even though it is well documented. Did not know the law in question and had to leave the meeting to print out sections. Was told that I don’t meet the criteria that I clearly do and have evidence to support. Was told that there is no way I could submit a piece of writing to the court. I walked out of the Legrady Law office, realising I had just paid $300 for a glass of water. If this is the level of professionalism provided to clients, I don’t expect this firm will be around long.
